Overview
This article walks you through how to create user accounts in AbuseHQ.
Adding a New Account
To add a new user account, follow these steps in the Admin Portal:
- Click the Settings option at the bottom left of the main menu.
- Select Team from the sub-menu.
- Click the Invite Team Members button on the right-hand side of the main window.
Filling Out the Invitation Form
In the pop-up window:
- Fill in all required fields:
- Email address
- Name
- Role
- Select the AbuseHQ account type for the new user:
- Agent – No settings access
- Admin – Full, unrestricted access
- Once the information is complete, click the Invite button in the bottom right corner.
Finalizing Account Creation
The invited user will receive an email with a “Join Your Team” button.
They must:
- Click the Join Your Team button.
- Create a password.
- Complete the account setup.
The account is now active and ready to use within your AbuseHQ instance.
