Overview

This article walks you through how to create user accounts in AbuseHQ.

Adding a New Account

To add a new user account, follow these steps in the Admin Portal:

  1. Click the Settings option at the bottom left of the main menu.
  2. Select Team from the sub-menu.
  3. Click the Invite Team Members button on the right-hand side of the main window.

Filling Out the Invitation Form

In the pop-up window:

  1. Fill in all required fields:
    • Email address
    • Name
    • Role
  2. Select the AbuseHQ account type for the new user:
    • Agent – No settings access
    • Admin – Full, unrestricted access
  3. Once the information is complete, click the Invite button in the bottom right corner.

Finalizing Account Creation

The invited user will receive an email with a “Join Your Team” button.

They must:

  1. Click the Join Your Team button.
  2. Create a password.
  3. Complete the account setup.

The account is now active and ready to use within your AbuseHQ instance.
