Anyone may park the MX records for their domain(s) to blackhole.mx.
**Why point domain MX records to **blackhole.mx
By pointing your unused domains, or domains without MX records, to blackhole.mx, you are allowing security professionals working at Mailbox Providers, Public Network Providers, and Security Companies to fight spam much more effectively by letting them see unsolicited email communications from their networks and thus locate infected machines and bots.
