# Getting Started with Guardian Mail

## **Quick start**

### **1. Try without installing**

Run the command below in your terminal to take Guardian Mail for a spin.

```
dig +short 2.0.0.127.<APKIKEY>.combined.mail.abusix.zone
```

Replace \<APIKEY> with “**Your API key”** from your account in [app.abusix.com](http://app.abusix.com).

### **2. Configure your mail server**

Select the appropriate mail platform you are using.

### **3. Which blocklist do you want to use?**

Choose from [10 different blocklists](https://docs.abusix.com/docs/guardian-mail/production-zones) depending on your use case. \
