# SMTP Services for Email Templates

# Overview

Configuring the **SMTP service details** is an important and mandatory first step before setting up your **email templates** in AbuseHQ.

## Accessing the SMTP Configuration

To begin configuring SMTP services:

1. Open the **Admin Portal**.
2. Click the **Settings** option in the left-hand menu under **AbuseHQ**.
3. Click on **Mail Notifications** under **Integrations**.

> ⚠️ You can store **multiple SMTP servers** and select a different one for each email template.

## Steps to Configure SMTP Services

1. Click the **Manage SMTP Services** button.
2. On the next screen, click the **Add SMTP** button.
3. In the pop-up window, fill in the following fields:
   * **Name**
   * **SMTP Host**
   * **Username**
   * **Password**
   * **Port**
4. After entering all the required information, click **Confirm** to save your SMTP server configuration.

> ✅ Your SMTP service is now ready to be used with your email templates.
